Your health & safety is our number one concern.

We continue to follow the recommended guidelines from the Alberta Dental Association. Masks remain mandatory in our office, as well as a COVID-19 Dental Treatment Consent form is to be signed before each appointment. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

What to expect at your next appointment:

  • Please call us to book your appointment

We encourage all patients to phone and book an appointment before entering our office. This helps us control the amount of people in our waiting room.

  • Any changes to insurance or address?

Please let us know at the time of booking your appointment.

  • Precautionary COVID Form

At your appointment, we will give you a COVID form to fill out.

  • Masks remain mandatory in our office

If you forget your mask, please call our office and we will come outside to give you one. Our team will let you know when to remove your mask for dental treatment.

  • 8 person maximum in our waiting area

If the waiting area is full when you arrive, please wait at the door and we will escort you in when safe.

  • Sanitize & Temperature

Please sanitize your hands with our provided sanitizer, and we will take your temperature.

Here's what we are doing to ensure your safety:

  • All staff wear masks & are screened daily to ensure we are free of COVID symptoms.
  • We frequently disinfect pay terminals and high traffic areas.
  • Appointments are lengthened & staggered to promote social distancing.
  • We've installed plexiglass barriers between the receptionists and waiting area.
  • Our new office has been designed and built with COVID safety measures in mind.
